2019 Rotary Clubs of Tyler Cristmas Parade
Event Details
This event is organized and sponsored by the Rotary International Clubs of Tyler (South Tyler Rotary, Sunrise Rotary, and The Rotary Club of Tyler), kickoff is at 6 p.m. in downtown Tyler and is followed by the 34th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at the T.B. Butler Fountain Plaza immediately after the parade.
This year’s theme is “Rotary Connects the World”.
Santa Claus will be taking photos immediately following the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Photos with Santa Claus will be limited to 30 minutes following the ceremony.
Early Registration: September 9 - November 8
Early Registration fees are as follows:
The local Rotary International Clubs are accepting entries from public organizations, bands and other groups to participate in the Rotary Clubs of Tyler Christmas Parade.
Commercial Entries are $25 (includes area businesses and all for-profit entities)
Non-Commercial Entries are $15 (include marching bands; groups from schools, churches, scouts, civic/service clubs; and all other not-for-profit entities)
First Responders are No Entry Fee (includes Law Enforcement, Fire, Ambulance, Military, and other similar agencies; and elected and appointed government officials)
Late Registration: November 9 - November 22
Late Registration fees are as follows:
Commercial Entries are $50 (includes area businesses and all for-profit entities)
Non-Commercial Entries are $30 (includes marching bands; groups from schools, churches, scouts, civic/service clubs; and all other not-for-profit entities)
First Responders are No Entry Fee (includes Law Enforcement, Fire, Ambulance, Military, and other similar agencies; and elected and appointed government officials)
November 22, 2019 (or earlier if the limit has been reached) is the deadline for submitting applications, once 110 entries has been reached registration will CLOSE.
You will receive an approval confirmation email with detailed instructions. Failure to read and comply with instructions, rules and regulations will result in entry dismissal.
No entries will be allowed if they have not registered and received approval prior to December 5th. On-site registration will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
